Lance and his crew showed up today in the rain, to plant our 12 new Italian Cypress trees and 3 Arizona Yellow Bell shrubs. They did an excellent job, worked very hard and were very conscientious about cleaning up and leaving instructions on how to care for our new trees. Ross was very knowledgeable and really zeroed in on what we were trying to accomplish (in replacing our front lawn with water-wise plants). He helped us with plant selection, based on our personal criteria, and he also provided us with some good design ideas, too.
Brett Parker and his crew arrived on time!. They did the job in 2.5 hours and everything looks great. They even used the rocks that had to be dug out to decorate around the trees. He was helpful with the tree care and maintenance. Highly recommend them for tree planting!

The nursery had a great selection and staff is very knowledgeable about the different trees and plants. They helped me pick out the best trees for my house and my office. We bought two trees from Moon Valley to replace the ones that came with the house. Sam in the Chandler nursery helped us by finding out what we wanted the trees to do for our landscaping. He showed us several different species and helped us narrow it down to two types which would accomplish the plans we have for both the front and back yards. Great looking trees and great service from Sam - no big sales pitch - just genuine questions from him to determine what we needed and wanted from the trees.

Staff was very helpful! We bought a Desert Museum tree and a Lemon tree. They planted it and gave helpful tips. Two years later, both trees have grown exactly as the nursery described. We are very happy with the selection, customer service and expertise of Moon Valley.

LP is the arborist to have. Very patient for us illiterate desert gardening folks. Grant, the manager was super helpful too. I spent some serious cash here and that's because of the long term relationship that LP promotes. When you get there and have them do your landscape ask for LP's help...he's the man!

Smooth transaction from shopping phase through install. Terry Auten was very helpful and knowledgeable. Brandon's install crew did a great job and took extra caution while digging so as not to disrupt buried plumbing lines, as well as gave tips for care. With 6 new palms, my yard has taken on a whole new vibe! Great job guys.
We came to find a new shrub to replace one that was scorched by the summer heat. Geoff Schroeder met us quickly on site and helped us find a variety of shrubs that would fit our needs until we decided on the right one. Very friendly and helpful. Our yard already looks much better!

The crew that planted, led by Lance, were GREAT! Lance is a good communicator, friendly and polite and made sure that he got all the details right. He went above and beyond during the planting, making sure I had a positive experience and that my yard looked as good as possible.
Anthony and his crew just left...had to immediately tell you how awesome they were! Everyone was wicked friendly with plenty of updates throughout the process!
